8. Cash on Delivery

Sindhu may offer Cash on Delivery (“COD”) for eligible orders and locations.

For COD orders:

The customer is responsible for paying the applicable order amount at the time of delivery.
Customers should inspect the package according to our Return & Cancellation Policy before accepting it where inspection is permitted.
Repeated refusal of confirmed orders or intentional misuse of COD may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as promptly as reasonably possible.
